Full description
Start your day with a cruise to Makri Islet, where you may spot playful bottlenose dolphins swimming near the boat. As you enjoy the view, our marine biologist will share interesting facts about the dolphins, aquaculture, and the local marine ecosystem.
From there, we head to Stroggyli Islet, located in a protected area known for its rich marine life. Put your snorkel gear and dive into the crystal-clear waters to explore the underwater world. You may even see wild tuna swimming nearby, some weighing up to 200 kilos. Our guides will assist you during the snorkeling session, point out marine creatures such as sea urchins and sea stars, and capture underwater photos of your experience.
After snorkeling, we continue to the beautiful island of Alimia. This uninhabited island offers calm waters, scenic landscapes, and two historic churches. Enjoy free time swimming, exploring the island, or simply relaxing.
Lunch is served by the sea and includes a fresh BBQ with our locally farmed fish, Mediterranean salads, and seasonal fruit. Soft drinks and light alcoholic beverages are included.
Before returning to port, we pass Makri Islet once more for a final opportunity to spot dolphins in their natural habitat.
This experience is ideal for families, couples, and anyone who loves the sea and nature. No previous snorkeling experience is required.

Know before you go
- Lunch at Alimia features a whole fish (300–400 grams). If you don’t eat fish, we can provide chicken souvlaki upon request—just let us know in advance.
- The activity includes a boat trip with swimming and snorkeling, so please bring swimwear and towels.
- We visit wild dolphins in their natural habitat. While there is a high (about 90%) chance of spotting them, dolphins are free and unpredictable animals, so sightings cannot be guaranteed.
- For pickups in the far south of the island (Lindos, Kiotari, Pefkos, etc.), please contact us before booking, as transfers from these locations require prior arrangement. Pickup can usually be arranged upon request and may involve an additional charge due to the distance.
